Description

You will manage all aspects of human resources to align policies with business strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Create training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
• Oversee performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance.

Required Skills

• More than 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Experience ensuring compliance with HR-related laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
