Description

You will manage end-to-end US IT staffing operations for the Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
• Source, screen, and present candidates to US clients.
• Manage client relationships and handle staffing requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and offer negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with US IT staffing processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT staffing.
• Proven track record in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT job roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with US time zone operations.
• Existing network of IT candidates.
