Description

You will lead all human resources operations for the Bengaluru office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage HR policies to ensure legal compliance and organizational alignment.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and performance coaching.
• Oversee onboarding, training initiatives, and employee benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex decision-making.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating teams.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR.
