We have an urgent requirement for an ES People and Payroll Specialist  to be part of a globally diverse team providing mentorship and assistance to geographically dispersed employees across India, Australia, Singapore and broader APAC region using the latest HR technology for a leading *B2B SaaS Product Company.*

_Location:_ Hyderabad - Hybrid 
_Experience:_ 2+ Years

_Mandatory Skills:_
- Payroll, HR Operations, HR Shared Services supporting APAC countries - India, Australia, Singapore
- End-to-End Payroll Cycle - Data Inputs, Validation, Processing with Third-Party Vendors like ADP
- APAC Payroll Legislation & Compliance - Tax Deductions, Statutory Contributions, Superannuation (Australia), CPF (Singapore), Year-End Payroll & Audits
- Case Management System / Ticketing Tool - Employee Query Management for Payroll, Benefits, Time Off, Compensation, Immigration, HR Policy, Employee Data
- Tools - Workday HCM, ADP, Employee Portal / Service Cloud, Knowledge Base Management

_Good to have:_
- Experience in HR Shared Services organization for an established multinational company
- AI-first mindset - Experience with UAT for system enhancements, AI-driven HR tools, automation and process modernization
- Strong organizational, time management, confidentiality handling, and superior customer service with empathy
