Job Description:

- 4+ years consulting on HR policies/processes with employees/managers; prior HR Generalist experience ideal.
- HR operations/shared services/centralized HR function experience preferred; high-volume, fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record with AI, RPA, chatbots, or HR analytics highly desirable.
