Manage employee shared services and HR operations for a global technology client in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Consult on HR policies and processes for employees and managers.
• Drive HR process consulting and automation initiatives.
• Support high-volume employee lifecycle management from hire to retire.
• Implement AI, RPA, or chatbot solutions to improve service efficiency.
• Manage HR analytics to inform operational improvements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or centralized HR functions.
• Strong background in HR policies, processes, and employee success.
• Experience with hire-to-retire lifecycle management.
• Project management skills for process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR technology tools and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record with AI, RPA, or HR analytics implementations.
