Description

You will manage PeopleSoft 9.2 HR strategic initiatives and related projects on a part-time basis, up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee project deliverables for PeopleSoft 9.2 HR initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation.
• Facilitate communication to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification (mandatory).
• 6 years of project management experience leading PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2).
• 5 years of experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP projects.
• 6 years of overall project management experience.
• Hands-on experience using Agile project management methodology.
• Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 2 pm.
• Ability to attend occasional on-site meetings in Richmond, VA.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with VA state agencies.
• Experience using the State Cardinal system.
