Description

Manage PeopleSoft 9.2 HR strategic initiatives and related projects on a part-time basis.

You will own project deliverables, coordinate timelines, and ensure proper resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and facilitate communication to align projects with organizational goals. Manage project workflows using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification (certificate required for verification).
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience leading projects involving the PeopleSoft enterprise system.
• Proficiency with Agile project management methodology.
• Experience with Data Architecture.
• Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 9am to 2pm.

Preferred Skills

• Clear technical documentation of PeopleSoft projects on resume.
• Availability for occasional on-site team meetings in Virginia with advanced notice.
