You will lead the strategic vision for HR products and manage end-to-end delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product strategic vision to deliver customer value.
• Articulate program vision to Product Owners.
• Decompose vision into value streams and release trains.
• Manage production timelines and coordinate efforts across multiple teams.
• Maintain ROI and manage budgeting requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Knowledge of pricing, incentives, campaigns, billing, and revenue management.
• Proficiency with MS Products.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA) certification.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
