Description

You will manage the operational support systems and processes for Talent Management, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Talent Management products such as Performance Evaluations, Talent Ranking, Promotion, and Employee Relations.
• Partner with Technology, Compliance, Security, and HCM Business Partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Own product backlogs by refining requirements and prioritizing development items for future sprints.
• Identify opportunities to standardize system functionality and processes across different users, locations, and business areas.
• Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations to ensure systems comply with business and government regulations.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience within an operational function.
• Experience in systems implementation covering requirements definition, design, development, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Talent Management and Systems Implementation expertise.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proven ability to identify root causes and solve complex problems.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
• Demonstrated influencing and leadership aptitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a Talent Management or Human Capital Management (HCM) environment.
• Knowledge of HR systems and their integration with enterprise systems.
• Experience working in agile development environments and managing product backlogs.
• Certifications in HR systems, project management, or agile methodologies.
