Description

You lead HR Operations projects through merger and acquisition due diligence, transition planning, and integration execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies for HR initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Business teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Coordinate with global and regional HR teams to align policies, systems, and processes post-acquisition.
• Track project progress and manage stakeholder updates to ensure milestone completion.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience focused on HR projects.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including Total Rewards, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
• Proven track record managing large, complex, and confidential corporate initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading HR workstreams in M&A projects.
• Experience working within a matrixed, global organization.
• Proficiency in Project Management and Talent Management.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
