You manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, to build and maintain candidate pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using various search methods to build a steady pipeline.
• Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end interview, selection, and closing process.
• Develop job postings, descriptions, and specific position requirements.
• Own the candidate experience and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Required Skills

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Proficiency in candidate screening and hiring processes.
• Knowledge of HR Coordinator or HR Analyst functions.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work from the office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• Any Graduate degree.
• 0-6 years of experience.
