You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles in Bhubaneswar.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes sourced from job portals, references, and professional networking.
• Submit qualified candidate profiles to clients based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Manage candidate follow-ups through to the joining stage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong verbal communication skills for candidate and client interaction.
• Proficient written communication skills for professional correspondence.
• Experience with professional networking for active sourcing.
• MBA or BBA degree required; graduate degree in any field accepted.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
