This role supports the end-to-end hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Communicate with candidates regarding schedules and feedback.
Required Skills
- Graduate level education.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with MS OFFICE (Word, Excel, Email).
