You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support human resources functions in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mass recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and manage all candidate communication effectively.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate candidate selection.
• Maintain recruitment records, prepare reports, and assist with onboarding.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of proven recruitment experience.
• Solid understanding of core HR functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
• Any graduate degree.
