Manage end-to-end hiring processes from the Pune office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
• Work from the Pune office during day shifts (10:00 am - 6:00 pm).

Required Skills

• Experience in HR recruitment and hiring processes.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Any graduate degree or post-graduate qualification.
• Availability for a 5-day work week.
