You will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles in a staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to align on requirements.
• Schedule interviews and maintain the candidate pipeline.
• Manage onboarding processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri and Indeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

• MBA in HR.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
