Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire talent through proactive sourcing and efficient screening processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Optimize recruitment processes to meet KPIs such as Time to Fill, Time to Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and assess candidate fit.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Expertise in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Proven ability in hiring candidates and managing offer negotiations.
• Experience managing pipeline health and conversion rates.
• Ability to source from underrepresented backgrounds to support diversity goals.
• Proficiency in tracking recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
