- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Proven track record in domestic recruitment.
- Specialization in non-IT recruitment.
- Experience managing non-technical hiring cycles.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
