Responsibilities

  • Execute domestic recruitment strategies for non-IT positions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate hiring workflows for non-technical requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates for specialized non-IT roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.

Required Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record in domestic recruitment.
  • Specialization in non-IT recruitment.
  • Experience managing non-technical hiring cycles.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
