Description
You will lead HR operations and manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop recruitment strategies and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, and SeekOut.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and offboarding procedures.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with HR policies.
- Drive employee engagement through automated feedback mechanisms and structured improvement strategies.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and diverse sourcing strategies.
- Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in negotiating offers to secure high acceptance rates.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing performance reviews and career development initiatives.
- Any Graduate degree.
