You lead HR operations and manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, and SeekOut.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, induction, and offboarding procedures.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and compliance with HR policies.
• Drive employee engagement through automated feedback mechanisms and structured improvement strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
• Proficiency in negotiating offers to secure high acceptance rates.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing performance reviews and career development initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ATS and HR technology solutions.
