Drive HR business objectives to technical solutions during large-scale ERP implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current HR processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend workflow optimizations.
• Elicit and translate user needs into detailed system requirement specifications and use cases.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements for enhancements.
• Create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Bridge communication between HR and IT teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis and project implementation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in business modeling tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucid Chart.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Jira.
• Ability to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
• Bachelor's degree.
