Design and oversee enterprise-class HR technology systems and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end HR system architectures covering talent acquisition, core HCM, performance, compensation, and benefits.
• Manage the development and troubleshooting of API integrations within SaaS platforms.
• Map complex business processes to technical requirements and system workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with HR processes.
• Drive adoption of new HR systems through change management and process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise-class software systems or SaaS platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in HR process improvement or project management.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and systems.
• Experience with API development and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying large-scale HR domain technology projects.
• Proficiency in Lucidchart for system architecture diagrams and LeanIX for IT system inventory.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, TOGAF, or Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
