Responsibilities
- Design and administer HR policies and procedures regarding employee relations.
- Research and analyze human resources data to support decision-making.
- Plan and execute departmental goals using independent judgment and experience.
- Lead and direct the work of others on complex tasks.
- Report directly to department heads or executives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or any graduate degree.
- Deep familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
