You will manage human resources policies and employee relations procedures for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer HR policies and procedures regarding employee relations.
• Research and analyze human resources data to support decision-making.
• Plan and execute departmental goals using independent judgment and experience.
• Lead and direct the work of others on complex tasks.
• Report directly to department heads or executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or any graduate degree.
• Deep familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Experience handling complicated HR tasks and projects.
• Ability to work with high levels of creativity and latitude.
• Employee Engagement.
• Teamwork.

Preferred Skills
