Description
You will manage end-to-end HR operations for US-based employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, orientation, background checks, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate processing and manage timesheet verification for billing.
- Oversee HR-related invoicing, vendor coordination, and service-level agreements.
- Administer benefits programs, coordinate with insurance providers, and resolve employee queries regarding leave and payroll.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, support internal audits, and prepare HR dashboards for leadership.
Required Skills
- 4-5 years of proven experience in a US HR role, preferably within staffing or IT services.
- Solid understanding of US labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration, vendor management, and timesheet processing.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools such as ADP, BambooHR, or Zoho People.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
