Description

You will manage end-to-end HR operations for US-based employees.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, background checks, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate processing and manage timesheet verification for billing.
• Administer benefits programs, coordinate with insurance providers, and resolve employee queries regarding leave and payroll.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS, support internal audits, and prepare HR dashboards for leadership.
• Oversee HR-related invoicing, vendor coordination, and service-level agreements.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of proven experience in a US HR role, preferably within staffing or IT services.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as ADP, BambooHR, or Zoho People.
• Solid understanding of US labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
• Proficiency in payroll administration, vendor management, and timesheet processing.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
