Description

Manage HR systems data integrity, execute reporting, and coordinate with team members to gather and organize employee information accurately.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HRIS data within Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Generate reports and analyze data using Pivot Tables to support HR operations.
• Coordinate with employees and stakeholders to collect necessary information for system updates.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Organize large volumes of HR data with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced use of Pivot Tables.
• Strong understanding of Human Resource processes and data management.
• Ability to handle and organize large amounts of information accurately.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members.
• Professionalism in handling confidential employee data.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 9 years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Prior coursework or experience in Business Administration.
