Description

You own the HR technology ecosystem, delivering SAP SuccessFactors and custom applications while enforcing strict SDLC governance and operational excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end HR systems portfolio, aligning SAP SuccessFactors and custom solutions with enterprise transformation goals.
• Establish and enforce Agile, Scrum, and SDLC governance standards for intake, design, build, test, and deployment.
• Manage large-scale implementations, balancing innovation, stability, and regulatory compliance across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead the HR Systems team, vendors, and system integrators, holding partners accountable to SLAs and delivery quality.
• Drive platform optimization, data quality, and security controls through continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of HR technology experience, including 3–5+ years leading enterprise HR systems or HRIS teams.
• Deep hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
• Strong command of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience governing custom-built HR applications and integrations.
• Proven track record managing large-scale HR system transformations.
• Knowledge of PMP or SAFe frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior HR leaders and manage strategic vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce HR modules.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
