Description

You will lead Workday HCM system projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and process redesigns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and Technology teams to manage Workday HCM system upgrades, releases, and enhancement packages.
• Conduct system and process analysis throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure scalability and support for integrations.
• Administer Workday HCM configuration, security, and system process flow maps.
• Facilitate complex system testing, identify discrepancies, and develop remediation plans.
• Develop and present HR Technology communications and training programs.

Required Skills

• Experience managing Workday HCM system upgrades and releases.
• Ability to perform system and process analysis for ongoing support and scalability.
• Experience configuring Workday HCM security and process flow maps.
• Knowledge of managing Workday supporting data integrations and system authentication.
• Capability to partner with Global Assurance and Corporate Compliance to document and remediate compliance matters.
• Experience designing processes to support global HR teams and local regulatory standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Talent, Performance Management, and Compensation.
