Drive HR transformation efforts to enable efficient, scalable service delivery across global business units.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the evolution of HR Target Operating Models and Shared Services strategies to extend onshore and offshore capabilities.
• Analyze current state HR service delivery models, processes, and metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Define and manage transition plans that prioritize HR sub-function opportunities based on complexity and interdependencies.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop integrated change management strategies for large-scale transformation projects.
• Communicate progress reports and strategic value propositions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills

• 15-18 years of experience managing large-scale HR transformation programs.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources or Management Consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in HCM solutions including CoreHR, Benefits, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing large HCM systems such as Oracle, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability in HR transformation, talent management, organization development, or change management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, or similar project management and process tools.
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a Human Capital Consulting or Professional Services environment.
• Experience working on a large-scale HCM deployment.
