You will provide technical support for the Workday HCM platform and manage system configurations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming requests from HR, Finance, and IT to identify scope and execute solutions within Workday HCM.
- Create and update advanced reports, configurations, and data loads using EIB.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks.
- Identify functional gaps in existing processes and propose solutions to meet changing business needs.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of experience with a High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM platform support and configuration.
- Experience with Workday EIB for data loading.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
- Ability to navigate the Workday Community site for best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proven ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Preferred Skills
- Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes.
