Description

You will provide technical support for the Workday HCM platform and manage system configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate incoming requests from HR, Finance, and IT to identify scope and execute solutions within Workday HCM.
  • Create and update advanced reports, configurations, and data loads using EIB.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
  • Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks.
  • Identify functional gaps in existing processes and propose solutions to meet changing business needs.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years of experience with a High School Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM platform support and configuration.
  • Experience with Workday EIB for data loading.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise.
  • Ability to navigate the Workday Community site for best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proven ability to handle and maintain confidential information.

Preferred Skills

  • Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes.
