Description

Lead the technical direction and development of HRIS systems and processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and IT BRMs to implement enhancements, new features, and bug fixes.
• Conduct performance, impact, and upgrade analysis for HR systems.
• Manage intake, release schedules, change control, and communication workflows.
• Develop roadmaps and provide reporting to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in HRIS development or architecture.
• Expertise in Workday.
• Experience with Lever.
• Experience with ADP.
• Degree in any graduate field.
