Description

You manage and maintain the HRIS system to support HR initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custom reports, dashboards, and data integrations within the HRIS.
• Build and maintain functional improvements aligned with strategic plans.
• Troubleshoot system issues, including data inconsistencies and access problems, with the service team.
• Partner with HR and IT to determine application release schedules and present enhancements to the Change Advisory Board.
• Analyze recurring issues by root cause, deploy tested fixes, and update technical support tickets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS environments.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Experience acting as both a developer and business analyst managing small to medium projects.
• Strong skills in Data Structures.
• Familiarity with Power Automate.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
