• Manage and maintain HRIS platforms including Taleo, ADP, and Fusion.
• Execute complex data queries and reporting using SQL.
• Optimize HR technology workflows to ensure system efficiency.
• Support enterprise-level HR system implementations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in HRIS environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Taleo.
• Direct experience managing ADP systems.
• Proficiency with Oracle Fusion.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
