Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable technology solutions to support Human Resources IT business needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test custom or off-the-shelf applications to meet HRIT requirements.
• Collaborate with business partners to define technical solutions and architectural improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes.
• Provide second-tier technical support for application-related issues and change requests.
• Drive the full implementation process from definition through testing and maintenance.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in HR systems development across various HR and payroll modules.
• Hands-on experience with HR software environments such as Workday, Taleo, ADP, PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, or SAP HR.
• Proficiency in SQL and report writing.
• Development experience with Java, C++, or Visual Basic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Workday BP configuration and integration experience.
• Knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
