Description

You will architect, develop, and maintain custom solutions within an enterprise HRIS environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop technical solutions, documentation, and prototypes for HR applications and integrations.
• Provide technical support and ticket resolution for Oracle HCM, iCIMS/Avature, Saba, Fuse Learning, and SplashBI.
• Define technical specifications and standards while coordinating deliverables for other contributors.
• Partner with People & Culture teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical designs.
• Lead code and design reviews, mentor junior resources, and participate in IT stakeholder discussions.
• Manage multiple projects by prioritizing tasks based on business criticality and assist with UAT and rollout documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technology experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Payroll, and iCIMS in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL coding and designing/developing fast formulas.
• Experience managing integrations between on-premise and cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with talent management and learning management systems.
• Ability to write complex technical and functional requirements, including data integrations and ERD diagrams.
• Strong project management proficiency and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Expertise with SplashBI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
