Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM/HRIS projects across North America and Latin America regions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle HCM/HRIS project lifecycles, including roadmap creation and project planning.
• Monitor day-to-day tasks and activities to maximize HR information system value.
• Oversee daily operations of Oracle systems and manage internal and external IT relationships.
• Act as a steward for people data integrity and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or related roles.
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Competency in Microsoft Teams.
• Experience managing internal systems.
• Ability to work US shift timings (6pm - 3am IST).
