Manage and deliver HRIS data insights using Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports using OTBI, BIP, and FAW.
• Analyze HRIS data to support business reporting requirements.
• Utilize Oracle Cloud HCM tools to extract and interpret workforce metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS reporting roles.
• Expertise with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Proficiency with BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher).
• Experience using FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse).
• Strong background in HRIS data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
