Description

You will analyze and resolve technical issues related to HR data integrations and HR transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to identify and resolve technical issues affecting HR data integrations and the processing of HR transactions.
• Monitor daily Workday HCM–SAP Payroll integrations.
• Validate employee data within integrations.
• Troubleshoot errors in Workday and SAP.
• Escalate technical problems when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Workday HCM experience.
• SAP Payroll Integration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot data integration issues.
