Description
You will analyze and resolve technical issues related to HR data integrations and HR transaction processing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to identify and resolve technical issues affecting HR data integrations and the processing of HR transactions.
- Monitor daily Workday HCM–SAP Payroll integrations.
- Validate employee data within integrations.
- Troubleshoot errors in Workday and SAP.
- Escalate technical problems when necessary.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Workday HCM experience.
- SAP Payroll Integration experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot data integration issues.
