Description

You will manage Workday configurations and partner with Business Technology to deliver seamless HR system enhancements and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules including Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Security functions.
• Build and maintain reports, EIBs, and calculated fields to support Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation teams.
• Manage the deployment of new functionality and integrations by executing UAT and providing end-user training.
• Translate business requirements into operational requirements and technical configurations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training sessions, and governance structures for global service delivery.
• Automate and optimize HR experiences through portals, knowledge management, and lifecycle events.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience configuring Workday HCM Core, Compensation, Talent Management, Security Administration, and Business Process Administration.
• Expertise in Workday report writing, EIBs, and calculated fields.
• Experience supporting Workday system upgrades, implementations, go-lives, and post-go-live technical support.
• Proven ability to manage highly confidential data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong skills in data management, problem solving, and business requirements gathering.
• Ability to analyze technology solutions and translate user needs into system designs.
• Bachelor's degree.
