Description

You will own the Workday integration lifecycle, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency for global payroll operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Drive process efficiencies to promote data integrity and accurate data delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in partnership with internal customers and third-party vendors.
• Lead project teams, conduct unit testing, create test plans, and oversee end-user testing.
• Ensure all processes adhere to defined audit standards and internal controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Integration Developer.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Connectors, Document Transformation).
• Proficiency in Web Services, Eclipse, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with custom reports and calculated fields.
• International payroll (PECI) and North American payroll experience.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to build relationships across HR and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Prism, Extend, or Workday Orchestrate.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, Information Technology, or related area.
• Demonstrated ability to absorb new technologies quickly and manage multiple projects.
