Description

You will develop and manage integrations between HCM Cloud and on-premise EBS HR systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain 9 inbound integrations from Cloud to EBS to ensure employee data synchronization.
  • Develop data loading processes using Oracle HRMSS APIs for work structures and employee loads.
  • Manage data movement through SQL*Loader and Concurrent Jobs.
  • Ensure data integrity between Cloud and EBS environments.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in EBS HRMS development.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Cloud.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL.
  • Experience with SQL*Loader.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HRMSS APIs (Work structures and Employee load).
  • Experience managing Concurrent Jobs.
  • Ability to handle Cloud2EBS integration workflows.

  • Any Graduate degree.
