Description

You will build and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and on-premise EBS HR systems, ensuring seamless data synchronization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain nine inbound integrations from Cloud to EBS for employee data synchronization.
• Develop data loading processes using Oracle HRMS APIs for work structures and employee loads.
• Manage data movement through SQL*Loader and Concurrent Jobs.
• Ensure data integrity between Cloud and EBS environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EBS HRMS development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Experience with SQL*Loader.
• Knowledge of Oracle HRMS APIs (Work structures and Employee load).
• Experience managing Concurrent Jobs.
• Ability to handle Cloud-to-EBS integration workflows.

• Any Graduate degree.
