Description

Evaluate HRMS data and business processes to implement position control structures for complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HRMS data extracts and budget workbooks to assess current position control workflows.
• Conduct gap analyses on organizational structures and document required system requirements.
• Interview subject matter experts to map existing business processes and documentation.
• Draft detailed reports covering process changes, implementation recommendations, and position update requirements.
• Present findings and finalized recommendations to key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of domain knowledge in HRMS, HRIS, or HCM.
• Proven experience designing and implementing position control for large, complex organizations.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and business processes.
• Ability to draft technical reports and system requirement documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with government clients.
