Description

You will own the functional and technical support of Oracle EBS HRMMS and Payroll application suites.

Responsibilities

• Drive resolution of application issues across the end-to-end hire-to-retire cycle.
• Support core HRMMS modules and custom bolt-on applications through daily ticket resolution.
• Coordinate with DBAs and developers to deploy code and configurations across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
• Perform root cause analysis on complex defects to suggest and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll business users to gather requirements and resolve process issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS HRMMS and Payroll application suites.
• Proven experience with Oracle EBS HRMMS R12 versions.
• Completion of 2-3 full cycle implementations of HR/Payroll modules.
• Expertise in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Oracle Learning Management, iRecruitment, Time & Labor, and Compensation & Performance Management.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle workflow, AME, and HRMMS personalization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and underlying HRMMS tables.
• Expertise in payroll balance configuration, conversion, and execution of payroll processes.
• Experience writing and modifying Fast formulas for payroll and special earning rules.
• Ability to define Users, Responsibilities, Functions, Menus, Request sets, and Concurrent programs.

Preferred Skills

• UAE payroll experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL V4 framework for ticket and change management.
