You will manage the technical implementation and support of Oracle ERP HRMS modules within an R12 environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize RICE components including Reports, Forms, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
• Design efficient program units by leveraging a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and table structures.
• Create technical documentation including Technical Specification Documents, Gap Analysis, and Application Design using AIM methodology.
• Perform data export, import, and database operations using TOAD or SQL Developer.
• Troubleshoot and tune query performance using EXPLAIN_PLAN, SQL Trace, and TKPROF utilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle R12 HRMS modules.
• Strong programming expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for developing Procedures, Packages, APIs, Functions, and Triggers.
• Hands-on experience with XML BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Discoverer.
• Proficiency in UNIX commands and database object management.
• Deep familiarity with the APPS Data Model and Oracle Coding Standards.
• Expertise in using TOAD and SQL Developer.
• Proven ability in performance tuning using Oracle hints and diagnostic utilities.
