Lead architectural design and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design HRSD solutions by defining data models, integrations, workflows, and UI experiences.
• Lead technical implementations, ensuring delivery aligns with defined architecture and standards.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops to translate business needs into functional features and process maps.
• Govern ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations while providing oversight to development teams.
• Design custom performance analytics, reports, and dashboards for business visibility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.
• Proven experience with HRSD workflows, case management, and employee service centers.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and custom scripting for ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Technical expertise in LDAP and SSO integration techniques.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and data imports.
• Ability to implement custom modules using ServiceNow App Engine.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified credentials.
