Description

Lead technical design and execution of complex HubSpot integrations, custom data migrations, and scalable RevOps systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute sophisticated HubSpot integrations and custom solutions from blueprint to build.
• Write scripts to automate migrations, system interactions, and data workflows.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design during pre-sales and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with sales, strategy, and RevOps teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep practical HubSpot expertise, including API integrations, data architecture, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Python, and Hubl.
• Experience with C#, Java, and event-driven systems or batch jobs.
• Ability to run technical scoping calls and deliver scoped solutions.
• Experience in CRM, RevOps, SaaS, or agency environments.
• Competency in cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI, automation, or data pipeline optimization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or Zoho.
• Knowledge of OAuth, token-based authentication, and ETL orchestration.
