Description

You will apply human factors principles to support ongoing technology projects through GUI development and user research.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphical user interfaces (GUI) based on user requirements.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
• Moderate user studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and usability standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors Engineering or a related field with a human factors concentration.
• 3 years of experience developing GUIs.
• 3 years of experience conducting user research.
• Experience moderating user studies.
• Knowledge of ANSI HE75.
• Knowledge of ISO 14971.
• Knowledge of IEC 60601.
• Knowledge of IEC 62366.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
